We start this project with a Remote Design Sprint with principal stakeholders where we Map, Sketch, Decide, Prototype, Test and Validate our solution.
Our user tests are crafted to validate the key assumptions of our sprint and in some way size the technical effort required to build the solution.
Our initial target will be families and groups of friends under quarantine looking for quarantine activities to combat social isolation. We will rapidly transition to broader consumer market appeal. We’ll need further market research to select the entry point where we’ll most rapidly find traction.
After extensive research and multiple iterations, we used an agile framework to shape the brand, from the naming strategy to the logo. Our investigation resulted in a branding that is the best fit for our needs.
We ran a design sprint with stakeholders, developers and designers to come up with a concept for capturing people's data. We determined that the best way to do this was through games, so we created an MVP with a five-question game to play with families.
