BRANDING / UX/UI DESIGN / WORKSHOPS & FACILITATION

Problem and goals

Traxporta, a successful and profitable logistics brokerage, was using outdated, non-customizable, and expensive systems. To address this, we built a state-of-the-art product team to create a new, tailored solution. Our main goal was to replace the existing systems, unify everything under a cohesive experience, and iterate based on user and business needs.

My Role

As the Design Lead, I was responsible for overseeing design operations. My main tasks included building a coherent and consistent visual language across various formats, and collaborating with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements.I led a team of three designers and collaborated with over ten developers across four different teams.

One Design System to Rule
Them All: Introducing Traxify

We worked diligently to create a unified visual style that reflects our brand and product values. The design system supports multiple products, including a native app, a desktop web application, and internal tools like the control tower. We established patterns for common components to ensure consistency.

Design and Results

Based on the results of usability testing, these adjustments were made to the final product:
Built a skeleton version of the TMS in approximately 3 months
Increased adoption from internal users
30% reduction in errors
